This one is probably our most-copied recipe. We take it as compliment that others tried to copy this flavour. It must be the match between subtle yet fruity lemon flavour combined with the contrast of freeze-dried raspberries nicely baked into caramelised crunchy muesli bits!
Our range of crunchy muesli’s are a bit lighter than granola because we mostly swapped the nuts for more lighter puffed quinoa and millet. This makes them extra crunchy. You’ll find superfoods with the likes of ground flaxseeds and pumpkin seed protein for the extra macro-nutrients. Oh, and they are sweetened with dates, giving this fruity taste in the background.
