Almost all of them have a bad aftertaste. You’ve just found the one that does not. This porridge tastes like fresh lemon and sweet, natural dates. They make a great combo together with the puffed quinoa and the gluten-free oat base. Enjoy it for breakfast or dinner, it’s a guilt-free bowl of pleasure every time.

Our Lemon Porridge is high in protein, adding up to 20% of vegan protein in every bite you take. Most of that protein comes pumpkinseed protein.

We paired it together with cold-pressed lemon oil, which we mixed together in a special way to create flavour that comes close to lemon cake. 

Oh, and it’s rich in dietary fiber from all of the oat flour and flakes inside. It’s shown to boost your digestive system and keep you satisfied for a long time.

FAQ

Yes! Our gluten-free oat flakes are specially made for porridge. Every other ingredient is also gluten-free and 100% plant-based. Our porridges are made in a gluten-free workshop.

We’d say it tastes more like lemon pumpkin pie. It has a deep curdy lemon taste, far from the sharp citrusy flavour that comes to mind when you think about lemons.

The protein comes from pumpkin seeds that are naturally high in protein. The oils are extracted (cold-pressed) from the seed and what you are left with is dense meat of macro nutrients like protein and fibre.

To prepare your porridge:

  1. Poor 4 tablespoons into a bowl, then cover it with your chosen milk (or a mixture of milk and water according to your taste). If you want an even creamier texture, add a mashed banana to the mixture.
  2. Then, heat it in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (or cook for 4 minutes on the stove, stirring regularly) until the oat flakes absorb the milk.
  3. Once the milk is absorbed well and you’ve reached the desired consistency, your porridge is ready to eat!

You can make it even more delicious with additional toppings.
